Well done indeed to John and Jake but thanks also for the forward looking attitude to the ongoing development of our course. After some 27 years it would be comfortable to accept that “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” but I prefer “If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got”. So bring on the well considered changes.
Now we will have one of a number of new challenges from White Tee competitions, and Ladies tees, to demand fresh thinking as we approach the opportunities that our course continues to present .

I make no apology for continuing to express my appreciation for the ongoing excellence of the management of our Clubhouse. It doesn’t come without a price; not from us but from a dedicated team who work incredibly long hours to meet the challenges that providing the quality, and the quantity, of service that we, as members and organisers, expect.
Early mornings and increasingly later nights will test the resolve, and the stamina, of our colleagues who, with a smile and an enthusiastic attitude, keep our facilities bright and welcoming.
They ask for nothing in return except our appreciation which we should never be slow to express.
We have the best amongst us; and all it costs us is an occasional pat on the back.
Thank you so much for your comments Brian. We have an amazing bunch of members ; we continue to listen to their thoughts and reflect their aspirations in our course development programme. Every year we will make this course a little bit better, every year we will help people to enjoy it a little bit more and every year we will maximise the customer service we offer. Love it!!
