To register and book

To begin, please click the tick box for the service you require, then click ‘Next’ and follow the on screen instructions.

As part of the process you will be invited to register as a new user by supplying your contact details and of course an email address and password.  You will only have to do this once, then future bookings can simply be made by logging in from this page.

Booking Rules and procedures...

Each user may book a maximum of up to 2 x 9 hole tee-times per day (front and back 9), up to 7 days in advance for up to 4 players. If you book for 1, 2 or 3 players the tee-time will still be available to book by other users for the number of players still available. Please only book these available slots if you are aware of who has placed the original booking and they are aware that you are joining them.

If you are booking 18 holes - aim to have your second 9 tee booking circa 2 hours away from your first booking.

PRGC Members can go ahead and book times and your booking will be confirmed by email, which contains a link to cancel should you wish with at least 24 hours notice. If you are responsible for organising matches or competitions which require tee reservations, please make sure you contact the club to ensure your event is booked more than 2 weeks in advance.
