Rubbish – Financial Penalties URGENT! Please - from now on, only put cardboard in the recycling "Biffa Bin". We are being charged circa £50 each time Biffa finds anything else in there eg glass or cloths or anything non compliant. We obviously cannot afford to keep paying these fines so would ask that this matter is addressed with immediate effect. Thank you Gary Tubb
