Prices to be proud of…

Purpose of this briefing:

To demonstrate why we are the best value golf course in the area and why the Clubhouse team are so critical to this.

Why should you believe this?

For some customers value is largely all about price - the cheapest to play

For most it is a combination of factors which will determine whether the price represents value for money

  • The quality of the course
  • The quality of the customer experience in the Clubhouse
  • The quality and cost of food and drink in the clubhouse
  • The first impression when they park their car in the car park
  • Are buggies available and at what price
  • Can I easily find a place to park

People are nearly always prepared to pay a little bit more for a better product.  So consider this carefully:

Obviously, all golf courses are different and some courses suit some golfers more than others. That aside, customer feedback suggests that our greens and tees are as good or better than Whiteleaf.

So why should you be so confident that we represent such good value?

Our Player Card prices are nearly always lower than Whiteleaf

Our course quality is as good or better

The quality and cost of our food is as good or better than Whiteleaf

We have buggies they don't; we have a big car park, they don't;

But most importantly - the massive difference is our Clubhouse team.

Luke's 10 point plan, if well managed and executed will be the difference that makes the difference.  Consistent, high standards.

So feel confident and enjoy the fact that we represent such amazing value for money versus competitive golf courses and know that at the end of the day it will be the first and last impression that you leave with the customer that will determine whether they come back again
