Guidance: You are playing Medal Match Play against the course
• Calculate the net medal score on each hole • If the net score is birdie or better mark a Win on the card with a + • If the net score is par mark a Half on the card with a 0 • If the net score is bogey or worse mark a Loss on the card with a – • At the conclusion of the round - Add up the Wins: the plusses - Deduct the Losses: the minuses - The balance is your score for the day • More wins than losses will give a Plus X result • The reverse will give a minus Y result • Halves are par and therefore neutral in scoring • Overall winner is (usually) the highest positive (+) score • If in doubt please ask to see the sample card • In the event of a tie the usual count back rules will apply
