When someone hires a set of clubs from us, the condition they receive the clubs in, just like the buggies, reflects on us as a business. Imagine being handed dirty clubs or an incomplete set, how you would feel about PRGC?
We have 'x' sets and each have 'y' number of clubs in them
They are stored in the following lockers in the men's changing room; lockers 'x', 'y' and 'z'
They all have the following clubs in them when they go out and these same clubs need to be checked back in again

- club b
- club c
- club d
- club e
- club f
- club g
We have only one set of left handed clubs???
Clubs should be clean when hired and the best way to achieve this is to clean them before they get put away - use the cleaning tool provided to clean the blades ( I think we have some of these in stock)

Usually people ask if we have clubs for hire when they book - please have them available at reception for when they arrive - but always return them to the gents changing room lockers, once cleaned and checked, at the earliest convenient moment.
Under no circumstance are the clubs to be stored in the princes suite changing area
