Important note to all staff:
There are two types of waiver: 1) Customer hiring the buggy and 2) one for us as team members.
It is essential that every person who hires a buggy from us or as a team member regularly uses a buggy, signs a waiver.
Please note that the person signing has to initial various parts of the form to confirm that they have read that specific point.
The waiver essentially removes any insurance risk for PRGC and ensures that users understand that they must drive the buggies with great care.
The waiver need only be signed once per person rather than on every usage occasion.
1) All regular members who use buggies sign this when you see them to save them time
2) Any new hirer from now on must sign one of these please
3) All PRGC team authorised to use a buggy to sign the waiver
