Using Cash at PRGC After We Go Cashless

PRGC is moving to a cashless clubhouse, but we still want to support members and visitors who prefer to use cash. To do this, we’ve introduced the PRGC Cash Conversion Account.

How It Works

• You can load cash into your PRGC account in £100 blocks.
• We convert your cash into a digital balance you can spend at the bar, kitchen, or shop.
• There is no fee for using this service.

Identification (Phase 1)

• Members show their digital membership card.
• Non‑members show photo ID.
• This is required because no stored‑value cards are issued yet.

Topping Up

• Bring cash to the bar or reception.
• You can top up in £100 increments (£100, £200, £300, etc.).
• You will be asked to sign a receipt for each top‑up.
• We keep the signed receipt for audit and security.

Making Purchases

• Show your digital membership card or photo ID.
• Purchases are deducted from your digital balance.

If You Leave PRGC

• Any remaining balance will be refunded by BACs, as long as your account is in good order.

Phase 2 – Stored‑Value Cards Coming Soon

• When cards are issued, all this manual admin disappears.
• Your balance will transfer automatically to your new card.
