37 PRGC members and 5 guests participated in the RyderHeim Cup yesterday Saturday 29th September. This is a team event played in teams of four and as it involves Ladies and Gentlemen it is paying homage to the both the Ryder and Solheim Cups and involves golf played in all three disciplines. As such all participants played 9 holes in foursomes, 9 holes in four ball better ball and 9 holes in singles so 27 holes in the day. Thankfully the weather was magnificent, the course in fine condition and with lunch and a light supper provided there was no lack of food to go with the golf, and the drink!!
Prizes were awarded for the best performances in each golf mode with the RyderHeim cup being awarded by the Club Captain Gavin Adams to the overall winners of the team event. The winners were as follows:

An outstanding day was had by all and hopefully this competition (last played in 2014) will now become an annual event.
