OCTOBER NEWSLETTER FROM YOUR LADIES COMMITTEE
Hello Ladies
It was a very busy month in September, starting with the Ladies Charity Day on 6th September, which was incredibly hot weather. We all sat down together for lunch and Jill produced a beautiful cake for us all to enjoy. We raised over £220 for our MND charity, had our photos taken in our MND polo shirts and it was a great day enjoyed by all.
The final of the Ladies Chiltern League between Chartridge Park and PRGC was played at Weston Turville on 13 September. It was won by Chartridge Park in three very close games. Well done ladies on reaching the final.
The Bingo Night at the club on 22 September was another very enjoyable evening. Many thanks to Al Bowyer for organising the event and being such a good Bingo caller! Icing on the cake was that £215 was made for each of the Captains’ charities.
