Following on from the success of this year’s golf trip to Draycote Hotel & Whitefield Golf Club, we have taken on board the feedback and have chosen Whittlebury Park Golf Club for the 5-7 May 2026 location. The golf course looks good, and it is only 35 miles away from our club.
We would play 3 rounds over the time we are there:
* Tuesday afternoon,
* Wednesday morning,
* Thursday morning

With 4 x 9 hole golf course loops, we hope to mix up the order, so that no 2 rounds of the 3 we will play in total will be the same.
I have, on behalf of the committee, following their approval of the venue, paid an initial holding deposit, and I now need to establish numbers that wish to attend and I also need to capture your accommodation requirements. With that in mind would you please respond to me in the first instance indicating that you wish to embark on this trip next May and whether you will require a twin or single room.
Price includes:
* 2 Nights, Half Board, Drinks Offer, 20% Drinks Discount
* 3 Rounds of Golf at Whittlebury Park Golf Course
Accommodation options:
* Twin (sharing) £300-00 per person
* Single Room Supplement £100 per person: £400-00 per person
There are a maximum of 7 twin rooms available (14 bed spaces) and the rest will be singles at the higher price.
We are limited to a maximum of 28 players
We are keen to get this date firmly established in the diary for next year, so please will you respond to me by 13 October 2025, indicating that you would like to attend and your room preference. I will then be asking for a £100 deposit by the end of October 2025, with the remainder becoming due in January 2026.
