Committee Member Election Update:
Al Bowyer has stated that he is prepared to continue to represent members on the Committee for Finance.
At the AGM - There are no other nominations for Finance, so, Al Bowyer may be nominated and seconded and would continue as the Committee Member responsible for Finance should he accept.
The Management would endorse this nomination.
As no new candidates came forward for other vacant committee positions within the seven-day notice period ending on 18th November, PRGC will now move to an interim appointment approach ahead of the next AGM.
Members who may be interested in taking on a voluntary committee role are warmly invited to contact Management for an open discussion. These conversations will cover:
* The roles and goals of the positions
* What the roles entail in practice
* Whether the position is a good fit for the individual, particularly in terms of time and commitment
