Hire the PRGC Cheese & Wine Bar

Your own private bar… because small gatherings deserve special places too.

For smaller celebrations, sometimes somewhere more intimate feels just right.

The PRGC Cheese & Wine Bar at Princes Risborough Golf Club offers a warm, stylish and wonderfully relaxed setting for private gatherings of up to 20 guests seated or 30 standing.

With your own private space, an excellent selection of wines, beers and spirits, tempting sharing plates and easy parking, it’s a lovely alternative to the usual pub gathering or hiring a large function room.

Private. Relaxed. A little more special.

Make it your occasion

However you would like to celebrate, we can keep things beautifully simple.

🥂 Private Drinks & Celebrations

Birthdays, anniversaries, family get-togethers or simply gathering good friends together.

Enjoy your own private bar and the freedom to spend the evening with the people who matter, without the noise and bustle of a busy pub around you.

🧀 Cheese & Wine Evenings

Good wine, delicious cheese and great company.

Create your own private cheese and wine evening with our cheese sharing plates from just £3.50 per person, alongside a wide range of other snacks.

And despite the name, we're certainly not just about wine. There's a wide selection of beers and spirits too.

🍓 Private Cream Teas

Looking for something a little different one afternoon?

Gather friends and family for a relaxed private cream tea in the Cheese & Wine Bar. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and smaller celebrations where conversation and quality time together are what really matter.

🥂 Small Business Celebrations

There's no need to hire a huge venue to make a small company celebration feel special.

The PRGC Cheese & Wine Bar is ideal for team celebrations, company milestones, leaving drinks, informal get-togethers and client occasions.

It's professional enough to feel special, but relaxed enough for everyone to enjoy themselves.

🎄 Your Own Private Christmas Party

For smaller businesses and groups, Christmas parties can be difficult to get right.

A large function room can feel too big, while meeting in a pub often means sharing your celebration with everybody else.

Instead, bring your team together in the PRGC Cheese & Wine Bar and make the space your own.

Drinks, cheese and wine, sharing food and good company. A Christmas party doesn't have to be enormous to feel special.

A little more private. A little more special.

The PRGC Cheese & Wine Bar is intentionally intimate.

Up to 20 guests seated
Up to 30 guests standing

Whatever suits your occasion
