our plan is to compensate for any lost time due to course closure by adjusting the next renewal fee – at the moment my priority is to execute the plans to:
1) get people safely from arriving in the car park
2) get everyone safely checked in
3) get everybody to exit safely from the club
All of these plans will have phases, starting with the maximum caution and adjusting to whatever our ‘new normal’ becomes.
Once we have the final ‘you can open’ from Boris, I will be sending notes to people regarding their renewals. That said, based on feedback I may well be encouraging people to complete their renewal forms a little earlier than normal to enable us to complete all of the admin in the most efficient manner.
