When Liz France took over the role of organiser for Friendly Matches last year she was told that the high handicap ladies never really got a chance to play for the club, so she came up with the high handicap idea. She spoke with organisers from other clubs who thought it a good idea too. It has proven successful, not only with PRGC, but with the other club members too.
This is quite an innovation in its own right - ticks all the England Golf boxes of inclusivity.
But Liz hasn't stopped there! She has taken this idea to another level in organising the a 30+ competition to be hosted at PRGC - with many local clubs joining in.
Breaking new ground is always the hardest and Liz has put her heart and sole into the organisation of this event - a huge congratulations in advance!!
